One World Foundation Africa is a UK-based charity (Registered charity no. 1098889; Company limited by guarantee; Registered in England no. 44806430),
working in London 
and in Africa to empower and promote the independence of the socially excluded, particularly people from the African Community, living with or affected by HIV/AIDS and people from black and ethnic minority communities.
In the UK we primarily work with young people in Newham, East London, and our African project is in Kiboga District, Uganda.
We aim to promote their independence through training, advancement of education, community support, advocacy, advice and research into their conditions
